Redefining Retail: Delivering Customer Value in the Age of Intelligent Growth
Retail is evolving. Again. In this exclusive keynote, marketing legend Philip Kotler traces the seismic shifts that have shaped the retail landscape from self-service stores to the rise of AI-powered, post-digital commerce.
With his signature clarity, Kotler will unpack the five waves of retail evolution, illustrating how today's retailers must transition from omnipresence to optipresence: appearing in the right channels, with the right value, at the right moment. He will explore how AI, personalization, and experience design are redefining not only shopper expectations but also the very structure of marketing organizations.
From the science of store atmospherics to the strategic balance between automation and human touch, this keynote will deliver frameworks and insights that are both visionary and immediately applicable. Kotler also brings a powerful message on sustainability, challenging the industry to evolve beyond growth for growth’s sake.
Whether you're leading transformation, redefining your omnichannel strategy, or simply aiming to stay relevant in a fast-changing market, this is the session you won’t want to miss.
