Maria Arnaoutaki is a product lead with 10+ years of experience building successful products and teams across startups and global tech companies in Europe and the US. She currently heads Product Management for the Shopping Experience team at Skroutz, focusing on consumer and AI-driven journeys that simplify shopping. Previously, she led content platform and machine learning product teams at Spotify, worked on TripAdvisor’s Content Engineering team, and helped grow a childcare marketplace startup in Greece. With a background in education, Maria also coaches aspiring PMs and early-stage startups on product strategy and leadership.
