Panos Kontopoulos

Panos Kontopoulos is Chief Growth Officer at ATCOM, where he leads the international expansion of the A-Commerce platform and its next generation end to end: positioning, product strategy, roadmap and go-to-market. He works with the experienced product and engineering team that has built and run A-Commerce for enterprise clients over many years. The direction of the work is a platform that covers the whole commercial lifecycle, from first contact to fulfilment and back.

He brings close to three decades in Greek digital and internet services, from building some of the country's earliest internet applications through co-founding and running Wedia Digital Agency, and served as ATCOM's Chief Commercial Officer before moving into his current role.

A commerce system can only operate on what it can see end to end: the data and the workflows together, not one without the other. It should grow organically as the business needs it to, without sacrificing interoperability along the way. And it should serve humans and agents seamlessly, on both sides of the counter.
